Forbes Names Melaleuca one of America’s Best Employers for Women

Melaleuca’s status as one of America’s best employers has continued to attract national attention. For the third time in a year, Forbes magazine has named Melaleuca one of America’s Best Employers. And this time, The Wellness Company has also landed on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Women 2021.

The national list, which recognizes only 300 companies as the best of the best employers for women, was based on an independent survey conducted by the respected research firm Statista Inc.

The survey comprised 50,000 respondents (including 30,000 women) employed at US companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to evaluate their employer on topics such as parental leave, family support, flexibility, and salary.

Melaleuca is the only Idaho-based company to have made the list.

In February 2021, Forbes included Melaleuca in the list of America’s Best Employers, and in 2020, Melaleuca made the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers By State.

The survey was anonymous, allowing participants to share opinions openly.
