Forbes: America’s Best Midsize Employers
Forbes Names Melaleuca One of America’s Best Employers for the Fourth Time

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company has again earned national recognition from Forbes. The company was named one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2026, marking the fourth time Melaleuca has received this distinction.
The annual ranking, compiled by Forbes in partnership with Statista, is based on independent, anonymous feedback from more than 217,000 U.S. employees working at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Employers are evaluated across factors including workplace culture, compensation, leadership, and reputation. Companies cannot pay for, apply for, or opt into consideration for the list, reinforcing the credibility of the recognition.
“Our dedicated, hard-working team members are the ones who have built this company and made it such a great success,” said Melaleuca Executive Chairman Frank VanderSloot. “Many of them have been with us for more than 20 or 30 years. We are truly going through life together. I am so grateful for their loyalty to our mission of enhancing lives.”
Only 500 companies are selected out of more than 200,000 midsize companies across the nation, which places Melaleuca among the top 1/4th of one percent of midsize companies in the USA.
Melaleuca’s repeated workplace recognition reflects a long-term commitment to developing and retaining its people. It maintains a strong promote-from-within culture and rewards long-term service through its Longevity & Long-Term Contribution Bonus program.
Since its launch in 2007, Melaleuca has paid nearly $45 million in longevity bonuses to loyal Team Members. As a result of this long-term focus on people, Melaleuca Team Members stay an average of 8.7 years, more than twice the median tenure of the typical U.S. worker (3.9 years), according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

“Being recognized by Forbes is meaningful because this honor is rooted in independent research and anonymous Team Member feedback,” said Jamie Reynolds, Chief Human Resources Officer at Melaleuca. “We focus on creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work, and it’s gratifying to see that reflected in this award.”
In addition to being named one of America’s Best Midsize Employers four times, Melaleuca has also been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women and has earned multiple Best Employers by State honors. In 2025, USA Today recognized Melaleuca as one of America’s Best Stores and one of America’s Most Trusted Brands.
“We are grateful for our team members who work so hard behind the scenes, and to our thousands of Marketing Executives, who honorably represent Melaleuca with integrity,” said Melaleuca President Cole Clinger. “We appreciate the hundreds of thousands of families who place their trust in us and make us a part of their daily lives.”
Founded in 1985, Melaleuca employs more than 4,500 Team Members worldwide, with major operations in Idaho, Tennessee, and Missouri. Guided by its mission to enhance the lives of those it touches by helping people reach their goals, Melaleuca continues to earn recognition for its principled, long-term approach to business.
