Forbes Magazine names Melaleuca among best employers in America

Forbes honored Melaleuca as one of the best companies to work for in America, according to the business magazine’s annual list of America’s Best Employers by State.  The Forbes ranking, based on anonymous surveys completed by employees of large businesses, recognizes Melaleuca as one of the best employers.

Partnering with the independent research firm, Statistica, Forbes spent eight months surveying 80,000 employees around the country to pinpoint organizations liked best by their employees. Out of the more than 32 million businesses in the United States, 1,461 companies made the cut as finalists.

Respondents rated their employers on compensation, benefits and perks, opportunities for advancement, work environment, safety, reputation and the likelihood to recommend their employer to others.
