Each year in October, Inc. Magazine releases its Inc. 500 issue, which lists the fastest-growing privately held US companies. Melaleuca has been on the Inc. 500 five times. At the time of Melaleuca’s recognition, only 55 companies had ever been inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The Wellness Company landed on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers for Women 2021, highlighting the company’s policies regarding parental leave, family support, flexibility, and salary. Melaleuca was also the only company in Idaho to make the list.

The American Red Cross awarded Melaleuca the Circle of Humanitarians Award for the company’s overwhelming response to Hurricane Katrina.

Melaleuca’s CEO, Frank L. VanderSloot, was inducted into Idaho’s Hall of Fame. Frank was nominated by former Idaho senator Ann Rydalch.
